Chalk Paint french style dresser

Hello Guys! I am really glad I am finally able to make it to my first post. I am still getting a hang on my site design though. Well can't wait anymore to talk about one of my recent DIY's. I know there are a lot of blogs/posts online on  Annie Sloan Chalk Paint  projects, but I think every project is different in its own way. We recently bought a home and I in process of glamorizing up my home now. I am not a very huge spend thrift, I like to re-purpose old stuff and add some life to them. So here you see below the chest I bought from craigslist for my master bedroom. This is a nice sturdy and heavy Ethan Allen dresser I bought for 150$.  STEP1: SAND Annie Sloan paint does not usually needs sanding on your furniture, but my dresser had a very thick layer of varnish and I did not want my paint to chip off after I did it all, so I first sanded the piece with 80 grit sanding paper.
